Mid-County Recreation Community Center
Silver Spring, MD (December 2010)
New construction of a one-story recreation community center, complete with exercise rooms, kitchen, classroom, social hall, etc. This highly anticipated building is the first LEED building undertaken by Montgomery County and will be the first LEED project of its caliber undertaken by ATCO Services, Inc.

TECRO Cultural Center
901 Wind River Lane, Gaithersburg, MD (June 2005)
The Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) Culture Center provides Republic of China (ROC) expatriates and the locals in the greater Washington, D.C. area with an opportunity to learn more about Taiwan's culture, Taiwan's chief representative in the United States, David Tawei Lee, said June 19 during the TECRO Culture Center's grand opening ceremony.

Dulles International Airport, Concourse C & D
1 Saarinen Circle, Dulles, VA (September 2006)
Renovation of Concourses C&D took approximately one year to complete. The renovation consisted primarily of replacing and installing new VAV & ductwork of the entire area. The complete length of Concourses C&D is approximately one mile long.

Installation of the entire closed looped system.

Fairland & Thurgood Elementary School Gym Addition
Oxon Hill, MD (October 2007)
Both elementary school involved new gym additions. Due to the height of the building, the mechanical aspect required many hours of correct balancing, adjusting, and calibration. Each gym addition involved using special round duct as well as using equipment and insulation in the mezzanine.

Kai Lum Residence
8505 Carlynn Dr., Bethesda, MD (July 2008)
Demolition and new installation of residential HVAC system. This system was custom designed and tailored to this remodeled and expanded three-story home. The house includes a total of five units that circulate the entire house.

The Gates of Ballston Community Center
4108 4th St N., Arlington, VA (June 2008)
New construction of a two-story community center building. Work included installation of new ductwork and 13 pieces of equipment. Amenities include kitchen, common area, and various activity rooms.

Fire Station #41
Beltsville, MD (October 2008)
Demolition of existing chiller and installation of new mechanical system. The new mechanical system includes: two roof top units, new ductwork, ceiling, diffusers, and radiant heating, located in the engine room. ATCO also was responsible for the subcontracted electrical portion of the project, which involved demolition old wiring system and installation of new wiring.

Joshi Residence
Rockville, MD (April 2010)
This project involved an addition to an existing residential property. The uniqueness and complexity of this project was removing an existing oil furnace as well as removing portions of existing ductwork. Two new water sourced geothermal heat pump system and new ductwork were installed.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Parking Garage
(June 2010)
Demolition and installation of new Mechanical and Plumbing systems for Parking Garages A, B/C; an additional level was added to each parking garage. The work involved tying-in to an existing system all under a constricted and highly coordinated project deadline. The work for the mechanical system involved the following: RTU, split system, chiller, generator exhaust, vent pipes, and fire dampers.
