A LEED project that involves new construction of a five-story dormitory for the hearing-impaired. Mechanical components include: 1 Dedicated Outside Air System, 1 Geothermal Heat Pump Chiler, Fan-Coil Units, 6 Pumps, 5 Fans, 2 Ductless Spli Systems, Air Terminal Units, Fin-Tube Radiators, Unit Heatesr, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Ductwork, Piping, and much more. This is ATCO's first BIM and LEED combination project
