Joshi Residence (April 2010)
Rockville, MD
This project involved an addition as well as modifications to an existing residential property. The uniqueness and complexity of this project was removing an existing oil furnace and its associated piping as well as removing portions of existing ductwork. Two new water-sourced geothermal heat pump systems, reconnections of ductwork, and new ductwork were installed to heat and cool this energy-efficient home.
